I am a nurse and a qualitative researcher speciallising in the patient experience of gene therapy and am passionate about bridging the gap between research and clinical practice and to help foster advancements in medical treatments.
Much of my research in the past 5 years has focused on gene therapy for haemophilia and I am currently completing a PhD looking at the lived experiences of people with haemophilia and their family of gene therapy. I am currently working at the University of Oxford in the UK exploring the patient experience of gene therapy for other therapeutic indications.
