Dr. Glenn Pierce currently serves on the WFH Board as VP Medical and WFH USA Board of Directors and NBDF (US) Medical and Scientific Advisory Council. Glenn has been active in developing the WFH Humanitarian Aid Program, World Bleeding Disorders Registry, and Gene Therapy Registry since joining the Board in 2015. He has contributed to the development of multiple new products for the treatment of hemophilia and has over 200 publications. He is an Entrepreneur-in-residence at Third Rock Ventures, and a biotech consultant in the gene therapy and hematological areas. Glenn has been involved in the development of over 6 licensed drugs for hemophilia A or B. He now consults on next generation gene therapies for hemophillia and other monogenic and acquired diseases. He resides in La Jolla, California, USA.
