Dr. Lindsay NJONGER is a physician and junior researcher from the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar. With a strong background in public health research, she has focused on qualitative and quantitative studies addressing critical health issues in Madagascar.
She was awarded the Farimbona Research Grant for her study on unsafe abortion practices and consequences in Antananarivo, where she led data collection, analysis, and scientific writing. She also worked as a Qualitative Analyst for the USAID's project on exploring maternal nutrition behaviors and infant and young child feeding (IYCF) determinants in Madagascar.
Dr. Lindsay NJONGER has a keen interest in health systems strengthening, maternal and reproductive health, and epidemiology. She has presented her research at scientific conferences and is committed to producing evidence-based solutions for public health challenges in low-resource settings.
