Dawn Rotellini has been a leader in the bleeding disorders community for 26 years. As a parent of a son with Hemophilia, she started the Montana and Wyoming Chapter in the United States, has served as a board member for the Hemophilia Center of Western Pennsylvania, and was Executive Director of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter. She has been with the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (formerly National Hemophilia Foundation) for 16 years and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Dawn is honored to serve on the World Federation of Hemophilia Board of Directors and Chairs the International Women & Girls with Bleeding Disorders and Hemophilia Organization Twinning Committees. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Montana State University.
