Appointed Undersecretary at the Buenos Aires Province Supreme Court, in charge of the Electoral Affairs, since 2009.
Within this background, invited Professor by the George Washington University, Washington DC, USA, Invited Professor by the Distinguished Bar Association of Lima, Peru to lecture on “Arbitration and Constitutional Control” and the Distinguished Bar Association of Freedom, Trujillo, Peru to lecture on “The limits of the Summary Proceedings in Protection of Constitutional Rights and the Constitutional Control”. Teaches Postgraduate Courses as invited Professor of the Universidad Mayor of San Andres, Bolivia, among others.
Appointed by the Carter Center (Georgia, U.S.A.) consultant for the electoral reform in Venezuela and Nicaragua. Honored as Honorary Member of the Distinguished Bar Association of Freedom, Peru (2005) and appointed Foreign Member of the Venezuelan Association of Constitutional Law. Author of publications in legal journals in Argentina and abroad.
